TimeLog Daily helps you log how you spend your time, review your history, back up your logs if you choose, export your data, and share chart images.
1. What TimeLog Daily Handles
TimeLog Daily may handle the following information:
- activity and session logs
- sleep estimates and sleep log entries
- category names, custom category details, icons, and colors
- chart and analysis settings created from your logs
- email messages or feedback text, only if you choose to send them
2. Local Storage
TimeLog Daily stores your logs, categories, preferences, and analysis settings on your iPhone so the app can work normally. Your local logs stay on your iPhone until you edit, delete, export, share, back them up, or clear them.
3. Optional iCloud Backup
If you turn on iCloud Backup, TimeLog Daily uses the iCloud account already signed in on your iPhone to sync your TimeLog Daily logs through Apple's iCloud service. TimeLog Daily does not create a separate login for this feature and does not store your Apple ID password.
iCloud Backup is optional. If you delete iCloud backup data from TimeLog Daily, TimeLog Daily attempts to remove the backed up TimeLog Daily records from iCloud while keeping your local phone logs unless you delete those separately.
4. Support, Feedback, and Ratings
TimeLog Daily does not run an in-app account system or support form database.
If you choose to email support or send a feedback email, TimeLog Daily receives what you choose to send in that email. TimeLog Daily does not automatically attach your logs, category data, support ID, device details, or account information.
The website feedback tool does not submit anything to TimeLog Daily by itself. It only helps you write a draft that you can copy or send by email if you choose.
TimeLog Daily may ask whether you are liking the app after you have completed a small number of entries. If you choose to rate TimeLog Daily, Apple's App Store rating flow is handled by Apple. If you choose to send feedback, TimeLog Daily receives only what you decide to email.
5. Sharing
TimeLog Daily does not sell your data and does not use your data for third-party advertising or tracking.
Your information is shared only when needed for app functionality or when you choose to:
- turn on iCloud Backup
- export a CSV
- share a chart image
- send an email to support or feedback
6. Data Retention and Deletion
Your local logs remain on your iPhone until you remove them. You can edit or delete individual sessions, delete estimated log groups, clear all app data from Settings, export your sessions as CSV, delete iCloud backup data if iCloud Backup is enabled, or request help by contacting support.
7. Children’s Privacy
TimeLog Daily is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated from time to time. If it changes, the updated version will be posted at this privacy policy URL.
